I had a wonderful stay at CG Apartments in Patnem. The property is a hidden gem, nestled on a quiet side road just a short distance from both Patnem beach and Palolem beach. The cleanliness of the hotel is unmatched in all of India, and everything in the fully equipped apartment worked perfectly. The staff, especially Ritu, were friendly and helpful, even arranging a scooter rental for me. It truly was the best of both worlds!

Additionally, the hotel's accessibility features, such as ramps and handrails, made it convenient for older guests to move around safely.

The only improvement I would suggest for a better vacation for senior people is to have more attentive and knowledgeable staff. It would be wonderful if the children working there could provide better assistance and information about nearby attractions or organize activities suitable for older guests.

I had an exceptional stay at Crystal Goa Residence. The moment I entered the apartment, I was greeted by a cool and pleasant atmosphere thanks to the AC. The spaciousness of the apartment easily accommodated my family of four. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bed linen was of excellent quality. I was delighted to find a well-equipped kitchen, complete with a fridge, allowing my wife to cook delicious meals during our stay. The apartment's location was convenient, within walking distance to Palolem and Patnem beaches, with good eateries nearby. Ritu, the host, took excellent care of our needs. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Plus, the rental scooter service provided by the residence made it easy for us to explore the nearby areas like Palolem and have a jaw-dropping time. Highly recommended for couples and we can't wait to visit again!

The only downsides were the limited cable channel subscription and the faulty shower head. It would have been nice to have a wider selection of channels, and we had a bit of a struggle with the shower spraying water everywhere.

It was a charming and picturesque spot with crystal clear waters, perfect for the kids to splash around in. The soft sandy beach provided hours of entertainment building sandcastles and collecting seashells. We couldn't get enough of the beautiful sunsets and serene atmosphere. Highly recommended for families!

For dads, it would be great if there were more child-friendly amenities or activities offered at the residence.
